義大利文的氣泡酒，法規准許酒標使用Vino Spumante、Vino Spumante di Qualità以及Vino Spumate di Qualità後接產區名稱的方式標示，Spumante僅可使用二次發酵的釀造方式讓酒產生氣泡。以產量排序，Prosecco與Asti為義大利氣泡酒產量前兩名。
